The Steer is dedicated to cars, car stories and car people. The content is curated by Ben Barry, who’s been writing automotive road tests and features and presenting videos for over two decades. He’s passionate about cars both modern and classic, would rather drive an average car on a great road than vice versa (though ideally best of both) and prefers writing features to news, all of which hopefully shines through in The Steer. He’s best known for contributing to CAR Magazine, but has written for Autoweek, Road & Track, Wheels, Automobile, The Sunday Times, Telegraph, Classic Cars, Classic & Sports Car, Total 911, Enzo, Vantage, Parkers, Goodwood Road & Racing and others.
